Effective July 1, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how SafeWay Telecommunications (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you use SafeWay Wireless websites, MySafeWay, stores, and related services.
Information we collect
Account details (name, address, email, phone), device identifiers (IMEI/EID), payment tokens (brand and last four digits only in demo mode), usage needed to provide wireless service, support tickets, and website analytics cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use information
- Provide and bill wireless service and MySafeWay self-service
- Activate devices, port numbers, and troubleshoot with Care
- Send transactional email letters about your account
- Improve coverage tools, store locator, and website experience
- Comply with law and protect against fraud
Sharing
We share data with network and payment processors as needed to deliver service, with Care staff using Kay Wireless Care Desk on your account, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
